In reference to Pamela Gentry, she has a system of tracking the cycles in the housing market, which allowed us to purchase the property on the upswing. I am sure when the market turns she will inform us so that we can maximize our profit and exchange into another of Pam’s recommended areas. She always has creative solutions for the problems we have. She always has time for us to explain things and give recommendations. We often get emotional about our properties, but she always reminds us that we should look at the numbers and the real information in order to make the right decision.

We have recommended her to another investor, who purchased a property in another area where the value has steadily increased. Unfortunately we did not purchase there. He is very happy with his purchase.

We have and would recommend her again to anyone who would like to purchase investment properties with the least amount of worries or problems during and after the process. Things do happen, but she always has a solution. She is very accessible and very honest. I guess the best recommendation is that, when we buy another property, we already know we will buy it from Pam.
